Doodle 4 Google Competition!

Doodle 4 Google: Doodlers in Action

Students from across the U.S. compete to replace the Google logo for a day as part of the Doodle 4 Google art competition. This is a competition where Google invited K-12 students to reinvent Google's homepage logo. This year they asked U.S. kids to doodle around the theme "What if...?"

The entries are in, and they are impressive. Google received thousands of wonderful doodles, and choosing 40 finalists for the public vote had to be one of the most difficult but enjoyable jobs at Google in the past few weeks.

Check it out here at Doodle 4 Google and vote for your favorite by May 18th!

Your votes will help google a national winner to replace our usual logo on the Google homepage on May 22, 2008.
